Application Procedures
For Ontario Secondary School Students
Students applying for admission to the Forensic Science Program may do so through the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) under the code “LRA”.  Please note that there are four Forensic Programs (see Program Information and Admission Standards) and students must choose one of the four programs in the pull down menu on the OUAC site.
For Secondary School Students Outside of Ontario
Students applying for admission to the Forensic Science Program must contact the Office of Admissions of Laurentian University (admissions@laurentian.ca) for details on application procedures.

For Community College Students

Community College students seeking admission to the Forensic Science Program must contact the Office of Admissions of Laurentian University (admissions@laurentian.ca) for details on application procedures.  Please note that if you do not have the prerequisite secondary school courses you may be required to take upgrading courses from Laurentian University prior to consideration for admission to the Forensic Science Program.
For Students Transferring from Other Universities
If you are currently a student at another university, you must contact the Office of Admissions of Laurentian University (admissions@laurentian.ca) for details on application procedures.  In general, you must have at least a 70% average, with no failures in order for your application to be considered by the Department of Forensic Science. 
For Students Transferring from another Laurentian University Program
If you are currently a Laurentian University student you may print the following Application Form and mail it to the following address:

OR

you may FAX it to the attention of the department secretary in the Department of Forensic Science (705) 671-6619.

In order to be considered for admission, you must have a minimum overall average of 70%, with no failures and have at least 30 university credits including the following courses: BIOL 1506, BIOL 1507, CHMI 1006, CHMI 1007, MATH 1057.
For International Students
International students applying for admission to the Forensic Science Program must contact the Office of Admissions of Laurentian University (admissions@laurentian.ca) for details on application procedures.
